In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "m6666," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the m6666 platform, accessible at m6666.asia, operating under international gaming authority licence.

To register and maintain an m6666 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

Upon registration, Players are required to submit accurate personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. m6666 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, driver's licence, or utility bill issued within the last three months. m6666 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered Player — are strictly prohibited.

m6666 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside m6666's control.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all m6666 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• One Bonus per Promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without further notice.

• Maximum Bet: When playing with an active Bonus Balance, a maximum bet limit applies as specified in the individual offer terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

All sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international Test and T20 fixtures, UFC, and all other markets offered on the m6666 Platform — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event type, as published in the m6666 Sports Betting Rules section.

The following general rules apply across all m6666 betting and casino products:

• Bets and gaming decisions, once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the m6666 system, are final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or altered.
• m6666 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, manifest pricing error, or system malfunction has resulted in an incorrect price or game outcome being displayed or paid.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay and suspension at m6666's discretion, particularly around key match events. Bets placed after a relevant event has occurred but before the market has been suspended may be voided.
• All casino games — including live dealer, slots, and RNG table games — are operated by independently certified third-party game studios. m6666 does not alter or interfere with game outcomes. Certified RNG and live game outcomes are final.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per game session. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m6666 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing m6666 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Players may not scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the m6666 Platform without prior written consent from m6666. Violation of m6666's intellectual property rights may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m6666 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, or business arising from Platform downtime, technical failure, or interruption of service, provided such interruption is not directly attributable to m6666's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their m6666 Login credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted by local law.

Nothing in these Terms limits m6666's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by m6666's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

m6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct in connection with the account or the Platform.
• A chargebacks or payment dispute initiated by the Player in connection with a valid m6666 transaction.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a court order, regulatory direction, or family protection request in compliance with responsible gaming obligations.

Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, m6666 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is reached. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, balances may be withheld pending legal proceedings.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which m6666 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any dispute arising from your use of the m6666 Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence, to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
